We deliver to UK addresses only. Parcels to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Returns in plain English

  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, then another 14 days to send the item back unused.
  • Something faulty, damaged or not as described? You can reject it within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
  • We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of getting the item back.
  • Sealed hygiene items can’t be returned once opened.

Help and common questions

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed on a working day are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll get an email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Email us straight away with your order number and the new address.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 30 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

How do I choose the right clothing size?

Every clothing listing has a size guide with measurements in UK sizes. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and we’ll recommend a size.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Can I buy larger quantities?

We mainly serve individual customers, but we can quote for multiple units of the same item. Email us with the product and quantity.

These terms apply to consumers in the United Kingdom buying from JJA Commerce Ltd.

Orders

We confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we will let you know and you will not be charged for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Unless goods are faulty, you pay the return postage. We refund the price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, and may reduce the refund if items have been used beyond what is needed to inspect them. Sealed hygiene goods cannot be returned once unsealed.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible.

Complaints and law

Please contact us first so we can put things right. Citizens Advice can help if you are not satisfied. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.

Privacy notice

JJA Commerce Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our orders. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect

Name, delivery address, email, phone number, order history and any messages you send us. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We only send marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Carriers, payment providers, the marketplace you bought through, and our IT and accounting providers, only as far as needed.

How long we keep it

Order records: six years after the end of the financial year. General enquiries: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email jjacommerce91@inbox.eu. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
