Add items to your basket, enter your delivery address in the UK or Europe and choose standard or tracked delivery.
Pay and we pack it
We email you a secure payment link. Once paid, your order is packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
It arrives
We email you when the parcel is on its way, with a tracking link if the service includes one.

Times are after dispatch. Parcels to the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer. Orders to Europe ship from the UK, so import VAT and local handling fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery, depending on the country.
Returns in plain English
- Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, then another 14 days to send the item back unused.
- Something faulty, damaged or not as described? You can reject it within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of getting the item back.
- Sealed hygiene items can’t be returned once opened.

Help and common questions
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed on a working day are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll get an email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Email us straight away with your order number and the new address.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 30 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
How do I choose the right clothing size?
Every clothing listing has a size guide with measurements in UK sizes. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and we’ll recommend a size.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. We deliver to the UK and to every country in Europe, including EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Choose your country at checkout to see the delivery price. Parcels ship from the UK, so import VAT or handling fees may be collected on delivery in some countries.
Can I pay in euros?
All prices are shown in pounds and euros. The payment link we email you lets you pay by card, and your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
Can I buy larger quantities?
We mainly serve individual customers, but we can quote for multiple units of the same item. Email us with the product and quantity.
